Is this an online programme or in-person?

Supermums is fully online. Everything is delivered through the app - workouts, recipes, check-ins - so you can do it from home, the gym, or wherever works for you.

How much time do I need each week?

The two coached sessions are 30โ€“45 minutes each. Add in your step challenge and you're looking at around 90 minutes of structured activity per week - with plenty of flexibility on when you do it.

Do I need any equipment?

Most sessions can be done with minimal or no equipment. If you have a set of dumbbells at home, great - but we'll always offer alternatives if you don't.

What if my schedule changes week to week?

That's exactly what the programme is built for. Workouts are pre-recorded so you can complete them whenever your week allows. No penalties for moving things around.
