No. The Masters programme is built for all ability levels, including people who haven't trained in years. Your introduction session ensures we know your starting point before anything else.
Will the sessions be too intense?+
Every session is coached, structured, and adapted to your ability. This is not a bootcamp. We work at your pace, with your joints, your history, and your goals in mind.
