New to Paul McGowan Fitness?
Most members start with the 28-Day Kickstart.
The Kickstart is a one-off £149 introduction that includes onboarding, a body scan, 12 PT sessions, and four weeks of coached training. It is the fastest way to find out which membership is right for you.

Do I need to complete the 28-Day Kickstart first?
It's strongly recommended. The Kickstart gives you an onboarding consultation, a baseline assessment, and four weeks of structured coaching before you settle into a membership. It sets you up to get far more out of the ongoing plan. That said, if you've trained elsewhere and want to jump straight in, get in touch and we'll have a conversation.
Can I use both the Derry and Moville gyms?
Yes. All memberships cover both locations. Use whichever is more convenient on a given day.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Memberships are monthly rolling. Cancel with 30 days notice at any point - no penalties, no paperwork.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time. Move up to Gold if you want to train more often, or step down if your schedule changes. We just ask for a conversation first.
What classes are included?
The full timetable is shared when you sign up. Classes include Strength, Metcon, Hyrox-style conditioning, Engine (cardio base), and Hybrid (strength and conditioning combined). New classes run at Glute Lab on Monday evenings from 7:15pm.
